Jacques Marie Mage accepts returns on all eyewear and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all limited-edition packaging intact. Please note that custom lens services and final sale items are non-refundable.

Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the eyewear in its original velvet case and presentation box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.
Label and Post
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
